The Northeast Region of The National Council on Black American Affairs
The National Council on Black American Affairs,
is a council of the American Association of Community Colleges (AACC). The NCBAA evolved over 40 years ago, during a time of great social, political, cultural, and educational change in the United States. The National Council on Black American Affairs serves as a collaborative voice, promoting the academic success of African American students, faculty, staff and administrators.
States in the N.E. Region
The 14 states within the N.E. region are: Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Virgin Island.
